Do you ever just PANIC? Like, what is life right now? Everything keeps piling up. You can't keep up. So much to do. Running out of time. Are you familiar with that sense of urgency?

There is a Spanish saying "No te afanes"...it's one of those terms that don't translate well HAHA, but simply put means don't rush, don't labour, don't be anxious. They key to consistency is knowing WHEN to rest. Inspiration is internal, while motivation is external. That's why we can't consistently focus on external or earthly things, because they can't fill us or feed out spirit. In order for us to be IN-spired, we need time to reflect, to be calm, to be still.
